Data we process
The contact form collects name, email address, company, area of interest, message, privacy acknowledgement and anti-spam security data. Hosting and security logs may contain IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser information and error events. Please do not send special-category or other unnecessary sensitive data. For submitted enquiries, the notification sent to Cloudenyx also records when the required Privacy Policy acknowledgement was given (UTC) and the IP address observed by our server. These details document the submission and help investigate abuse; they are not used for marketing.
Contact-form security
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish automated submissions from genuine enquiries. The check runs on the contact page and may process technical signals such as IP address, browser and device information and interaction data for abuse prevention. We do not send the message text to Turnstile. We use this check for website security based on our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); the relevant terminal access is limited to security functionality. Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to reply, understand a proposed project and take steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); to protect the website, prevent abuse and manage professional correspondence based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)); and to meet applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). The form acknowledgement is not used to manufacture consent where another legal basis applies. Optional website audience measurement relies on consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a); it is not required to send an enquiry and is not used for advertising personalisation.
Required information and automated decisions
Providing a business enquiry is voluntary. Fields marked required are needed to route and answer it; without them we cannot process the form. We do not use the enquiry for newsletter or advertising consent. This website makes no automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects and does not profile visitors.
Recipients and international transfers
Authorised Cloudenyx personnel and contracted hosting, email, security and technical providers may process data only as needed for their role. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, Cloudenyx will use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses. When you consent to analytics, Google may receive measurement data as the Google Analytics 4 provider. Its handling of the data is also described in Google's privacy policy.
Retention and security
Enquiries are retained for the time needed to answer and manage the potential business relationship, then deleted or archived according to applicable limitation and legal-record duties. Technical logs follow documented hosting and security retention criteria and are kept no longer than necessary. We use access controls, transport encryption where available, validation, CSRF protection, rate limiting and anti-spam controls; no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), Bd. G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, at dataprotection.ro.
