Current technologies
This website uses necessary technologies for security, the contact form and privacy preferences. Optional Google Analytics 4 remains off until you consent. No advertising pixels are used. The contact form's Cloudflare Turnstile security check is confined to the contact page.
Necessary storage
cloudenyx_consent_v3 (localStorage) records your category choices and date; the choice is requested again after 180 days or when the analytics service changes. cloudenyx_contact is an HTTP-only, SameSite=Strict PHP browser-session cookie for the form security token and anti-spam checks. The server also records submission attempts to limit abuse; those records are not cookies.
Turnstile security check
Cloudflare Turnstile loads only on the contact page. It may use browser or device signals and security-related storage needed to assess the submission. It is not an analytics or advertising category and is not activated elsewhere on the website. The Turnstile widget is configured without pre-clearance, so this website does not request a cf_clearance cookie through it. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Consent rules
Strictly necessary technology remains on without consent. Analytics is off by default and can run only after an explicit choice for that category. You can refuse or withdraw without losing access to the website; closing the notice or scrolling never grants consent.
Optional analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 can measure website visits. Its tag loads from googletagmanager.com and sends measurement requests to Google Analytics. It may set the first-party _ga cookie and cookies beginning with _ga_ to distinguish browsers and sessions, with a 180-day lifetime. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Without consent, the tag is not loaded.
Your controls
The notice shows the available choices by category. Necessary technologies cannot be switched off; analytics can be managed separately whenever it is in use. Privacy settings in the footer reopens your choices. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future measurement, removes accessible first-party analytics cookies and reloads the page without the tag. You can also delete site data in your browser.
Legal framework
Terminal storage is considered under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC and Romanian Law no. 506/2004; any subsequent processing of personal data is subject to the GDPR and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.
